Overview

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Opportunity Village Foundation, which shall be binding and finals to all matters related to each Raffle. Official Rules are available online at opportunityvillage.org/pendantraffle. The Official Rules should be read before ticket purchase.

Opportunity Village Foundation is a 501c (3) non-profit charitable organization and will operate the raffle.

Eligibility to Enter

While available, according to NRS 462.180 and Nevada Gaming Commission and Gaming Control Board Reg. 4A.040 and 4A.050, raffle tickets must be purchased by persons 18 years or older who are located in Nevada at the time of purchase. Purchased raffle tickets are only valid for the drawing that takes place on the date of the event.

The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle: Opportunity Village and Opportunity Village Foundation employees, as well as their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the raffle.

All individuals making online purchases are required to confirm they are located in Nevada at the time of purchase. Otherwise, they will not be able to move forward with the purchase. Opportunity Village Foundation will note that only persons in Nevada at the time of purchase are eligible.

Ticket Purchase

Opportunity Village Foundation will conduct one Raffle on March 21, 2024. The event location is at the Las Vegas Aces Headquarters, 1415 Raiders Way, Henderson, NV 89052.

Raffle tickets will be sold online at opportunityvillage.org/events/runway-affair from February 26, 2024 to March 20, 2024 midnight. Opportunity Village Foundation will utilize GiveSmart, an online platform that processes donations, collects data from forms, and sends text messages to end users via mobile, tablet, and PC devices.

Ticket Prices

Tickets may be purchase with credit card as follows:

1 ticket for $50

3 tickets for $100

Each ticket is a receipt for the entrant and will reflect the number of entries for that event’s raffle purchased in a single transaction. Each ticket will include purchaser’s name for each individual entry purchased.

Entrants may purchase as many tickets as they wish, subject to availability. Tickets will be printed and placed in the raffle barrel individually. For example: Jane Doe 1 of 3. Jane Doe 2 of 3.

All sales are final and no refunds will be made under any circumstances. No discounts or complimentary tickets will be given.

Prize

The Raffle prize consists of diamond necklace valued at $8,595.

Drawing

Each entry will be placed into a raffle barrel. The winning ticket is selected by a random manual drawing from the raffle barrel.

One (1) winner will be chosen out of the pool of purchased tickets during which the raffle is conducted.

The raffle drawing will take place on the day of the event at the Las Vegas Aces Headquarters.

Winners will be notified via phone call and/or email.

Claiming Prize

The winner must claim their prize. If the winner is no longer at the location when the winner is pulled, Opportunity Village Foundation will notify the winner via the contact information provided when purchasing the raffle tickets. If the prize goes unclaimed within five (5) business days of notification of winning, that person is determined to be ineligible and the Prize is forfeited. Another raffle ticket will be drawn for a new winner. This process will repeat until the prize is claimed.

The email confirmation will serve as a receipt for claiming the prize and must be presented with a valid ID.
