Malcolm McCollum
Vice President of Operations
Malcolm McCollum is the Vice President of Operations at Opportunity Village and oversees OV Solutions, Paper Pros, Dessie’s Table, the Opportunity Village Thrift Store and the OV Logistics team. Previously, Malcolm was OV’s Director of Operations, a position he held for two years.
As a leader, Malcolm is dedicated and kind, and focuses on his own and his teams’ development, paving the way forward and walking the OV Way. Malcolm has worked at Opportunity Village since 2017, having joined the organization as thrift store manager, then working his way up through several positions, including senior operations manager and senior manager of production & logistics. Prior to joining Opportunity Village, McCollum worked as the senior district manager of retail and operations at Goodwill of Southern Nevada.
He is a member of Delta Mu Delta, an international honor society for business administration, and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
