Chuck Neuwohner
Chief Program Officer
Chuck has been a life-long contributor to the Las Vegas community through efforts in health care, education, faith-based outreaches, and nonprofit service provision.
He is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with additional graduate studies and research at both UNLV and Stanford University. Previous healthcare callings include acute care coordination and emergency medical services. Chuck served 10 years in the local education system as a science and math teacher, a student dean, an early college instructor for international students, and a high school vice principal.
Chuck serves on the Board of the local nonprofit For the Children/Southern Nevada Royal Family Kids Camp, and previously served on the Board and as Treasurer of The CARE Coalition.
As the Chief Program Officer, he leads a variety of OV’s programs serving people with disabilities from early childhood through senior citizen with a range of intellectual, developmental, and related disabilities. Program supports range from day habilitation, prevocational, supportive employment, and residential housing, with a variety of case management, behavioral, clinical, and job development interventions simultaneously available in both facility and community settings.
Chuck is personally dedicated to living the principles of a servant leader and engaging in opportunities to work with and aid the underserved in Southern Nevada. He is driven to serve his community, while helping others to fulfill their personal and professional ambitions, and to find their own role in service to others.
