At Opportunity Village, we understand that everyone’s medical needs vary.  That’s why we provide our team members with options to choose from when it comes to their healthcare needs.  We offer both an HMO and POS Plan to all Full-Time Team Members.  We also understand that medical costs continue to rise, and that is why we currently pay over 85% of the employee premium cost for our base plan and up to 82% for dependents.

All Full-Time Team Members and their dependents have the option to choose from two dental plans, a Dental PPO or a Dental Orthodontia Plan.  Depending on the plan you choose, Opportunity Village will pay up to 67% of the premium cost for you and your dependents.

All Full-Time Team Members and their dependents are eligible to enroll in our vision plan provided by VSP.  Our vision plan includes new frames every 24 months, lenses every 12 months, and up to $150 on frames.  VSP has the largest independent doctor network in the country.

While Opportunity Village pays 100% of our base life insurance policy for all full-time team members, which includes a life insurance policy of up to $20K.  We also have additional voluntary life options to choose from as well.

At Opportunity Village, we understand that life happens, and in difficult times, we want to help.  That is why we provide all Full-Time Team Members with a Short-Term Disability Plan, paid for in full by OV.

Opportunity Village understands the importance of your future, and when the time comes, we want you to feel secure in your retirement.  That is why OV matches 50% of all employee contributions up to $2000 annually.

We know all of our dedicated team members work hard, that is why we offer up to 15 days of PTO to all full-time team members in their first year of employment, up to 20 days after one year of employment, and up to 25 days of PTO after six years of employment.  Our part-time team members are also eligible to accrue PTO at a lower accrual rate.

We want our team members to enjoy the holidays and build memories with their loved ones.  To help you do that, we offer 11 paid holidays to all full-time team members starting your first day of employment.
